Rory Has a Birthday!

Rory had his birthday last week and we had a little family party for him at the Shaw home. It was good to get the family together and celbrate Rory's birthday.
Taylor also had fun being there with the family.
Rory enjoyed the angel-food cake with strawberry topping.
Here are the amigas!
I think Alyssa had an enjoyable time with the family.
 Brianna has a $1,000,000.00 smile!
Kaylee prefers not to eat from plates.
Thanks be to Mom for providing a delicious meal for Rory's birthday. She works very hard to prepare and clean up the meal. I think we sometimes do not appreciate her enough and forget to express sufficient gratitude. We love you, Mom. Thanks for everything!

More Pictures From El Paso

We took a walk around the neighborhood and to the elementary and middle schools. It was an enjoyable evening, not too hot and not too cold; it was just right.
There are many water towers in the nieighborhood as it is with most towns in mid-America.
Kippy likes to lead the way for everyone.

We had a fun little race on the track. Guess who won?

Ariane still can walk in the neighborhood. The baby just doesn't want to come yet.
It is a nice neighborhood to walk around. We just wish the baby would hurry and decide to make her arrival to the family.

Labor Day at the Lightheart's in El Paso, Texas

Kurtis and Ariane live in a beautiful and very spacious home in El Paso, Texas. The area and the climate reminds us of St. George, Utah. It is a nice place to live.
Here is the back of their El Paso home.
The Lightheart family is anxiously awaiting the arrival of their new daughter!
Ellie is growing up into a beautiful young woman.
Carter still loves to have fun and enjoy life!
Maggie is just a sweet little girl. She is really enjoying First Grade at her new school.
The Shaw Family, what is left living at home. We really enjoy Emily and she is a wonderful daughter. We are really looking forward to having all of our children at home for this Thanksgiving!
