Thanksgiving Dinner - 2011

We had 31 people for Thanksgiving dinner this year. It was wonderful having everyone home for this holiday. It is amazing how much room is needed to seat everyone and how much food can be eaten by a family of 31. It was just good to have everyone here. I hope everyone, including the young cousins enjoyed being with each other. The following is a sampling of the afternoon's activities.

Here is Kate, our newest member of the family with her dad.

Thanksgiving would not be Thanksgiving without a little football.

The young cousins enjoyed playing outside.
The older grandkids enjoyed playing soccer in the park behind our home.
Emily and Andrew can be very competitive.
Another requirement for Thanksgiving dinner is the pies and other desserts.

Thanks again for you all making the effort to come home for Thanksgiving. Mom and I hope you will be forever grateful for your family, brothers and sisters, and other blessings you have received and show kindness, love, and patience with each other.
